SHIPPING INFORMATION (last updated August 12th, 2023)

Standard shipping

At this time we are able to offer shipping to the US and Canada, Singapore, Indonesia, India, China, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. 

Our carrier options with Canada Post and UPS are: Standard, Expedited Parcel. Depending on the region, all options may not be available.

Free standard shipping available within Canada for orders above $75.

Express or expedited packages for orders over $75 will incur the typical carrier rate.

Processing times

Our processing time is currently 2-3 business days.

There may be an extended lead time if a product is not in stock. 

Shipping during Covid-19 and holiday periods

The current pandemic has impacted shipping times during off peak and peak periods of the year. Please allow for anticipated delays due to higher volumes, especially in holiday periods (e.g. Christmas). We try to maintain realistic shipping times but we cannot account for factors out of our control such as, natural disasters, mandatory lock downs/quarantine.

When your order is shipped, you will have the opportunity to track your package with the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier (exceptions: Singapore, Indonesia, India and China). Please reach out to use with any concerns about order delays at info@vaniteablends.ca.

Standard delivery times (North America)

The table below gives a rough estimate of shipping times under ideal or normal conditions. 

For packages shipped to the US, please allow for transit times through the US Customs and Border Protection port of entry. Processing through that facility may take up to 1-6 weeks. The customer is responsible for the payment of customs and duties incurred.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for customers whose shipping address is:

  • Within 10 km of the business address and the minimum amount spent is $20 CAD. Delivery is free of charge.
  • Within 25 km of the business address and the minimum amount spent is $35 CAD. Delivery fee is $5.

Processing and delivery of a local package will be done within 3 business days. There may be an extended delivery time secondary to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions.

 

Standard delivery times (Asia)

For packages shipped internationally, standard delivery to the destination country occurs in approximately 12 business days.
